This is your first fitness workout for the year. Enjoy it! Remember, training every day is the key. Do some kind of workout every day!
Perform 2-3 sets for 2-3 minutes of this one movement.
It’s that time of year again, people. Reality has arrived and it is time to start the year off right with your first workout. I have heard hundreds of people over the last few weeks talking about how they are ready to really get going once the new year arrives. Of course, when the new year does finally arrive, many of those same people will still be doing a lot of talking and not a whole lot of anything else.
This workout is simple, and will give you an opportunity to start the year off right by not over complicating your new health and fitness program.
One of my new year’s resolutions this year was to create a focus with my work here as your online personal trainer that keeps things simple. “Master of the 7 minute workout” is a concept I’ve lived for many years now, and this year I’m ready to share it with you. Stay tuned for more on that later today.
OK, go get it done!
And if you don’t have one of those 12 pound medicine balls you see me throwing down in this video, almost anything will do as long as it won’t put a hole in your floor OR Use something heavy, but don’t actually throw it down on the ground, just keep holding it but watch your back.
More workouts and exercises coming every week in the new year, and keep your eyes out for my “Members Only” programming coming very soon. I want to let the usual new year’s resolution firecracker burn itself out first, so that those who are serious will be able to focus.
